INITIAL DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE

By accepting your spot on a BRSC team and paying the initial deposit, you are making a commitment to play for the Club and a financial commitment to be responsible for all registration fees as stated above for the entire seasonal year. Your initial deposit is non-refundable. When a player commits to a team, a spot is reserved for that player and decisions regarding other players are made.

REGISTRATION FEES

BRSC registration fees cover the expenses associated with delivering our soccer programming. These expenses include but are not limited to, field rentals, field maintenance, coach compensation, insurance, equipment, and administrative costs. BRSC registration fees do NOT include the uniform fees or tournament fees beyond those included in your registration fees. Should a payment not be made when it becomes due, BRSC may suspend a player’s right to participate with the club and/or may assess a late payment fee of $20/month. 

UNIFORM FEES

Rush Soccer enjoys a favorable contract with Capelli Sports. Rush uniforms across the country are on a 2-year cycle. 2023-24 is the first year of a cycle. As such, every player who registers for a BRSC team in 2023-24 is required to purchasing the new BRSC uniform kit through Capelli (a link will be provided after the player has received an offer and  accepts it). The full uniform kit costs approximately $225.00 and will be in use until the end of the 2024/2025 seasonal year. 

TOURNAMENTS

Your BRSC registration fee includes the per player costs of one tournament. The costs associated with any additional tournaments a team may enter will require contributions from each player participating in the tournament. These costs include, but are not limited to, the tournament registration fee and coach travel and accommodations. Read More on our CLUB TOURNAMENT page.

FINANCIAL AID

BRSC believes every child should have the opportunity to play regardless of their ability to pay. BRSC offers financial aid based entirely on need. No player shall receive more than 70% of the registration fee in aid. In order to receive financial aid, the family must complete and submit the BRSC Financial Aid Application and supporting documents as soon as possible. Financial aid is awarded in the order applications are received and BRSC has a limited amount of funds available to apply to aid. BLUFFTON RUSH SOCCER CLUB COMMITMENT POLICY/PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  I understand that my commitment is for the entire 2023/2024 seasonal year and that I am obligated to pay all BRSC registration fees for the entire 2023/2024 season.

  As the responsible party, I agree to make all payments to fulfill our financial obligations before or by the due dates listed on the fee chart. Should I fail to make any payment when due, I understand I will be assessed and agree to pay a $20 per month late penalty until all payments are brought current. I also understand that the failure to make payments when due may lead to the suspension of my child's right to participate with any BRSC team in any practice, scrimmage, game, or tournament.

  BRSC provides scholarships to players who would not be able to play without assistance.

I understand that if my child quits or leaves the team for any reason that I remain obligated for all BRSC registration fees for the entire 2023/2024 season. No refunds will be issued.

  Players will not be released from BRSC until their registration/team fees have been paid in full.
