To be the best at any endeavor requires practice. While training with a coach and teammates 2-3 times per week will certainly help develop a young soccer player, true mastery of the game is achieved by players who train at home on their own. It starts with being comfortable with the ball at your feet. Creativity is born out of confidence and confidence is achieved by working with the ball as often as you can.

Rush soccer has produced quick and easy 20-minute at-home training sessions. The videos provide complementary training for players of all ages in several categories: Ball Skills, Fitness, Game Understanding, Mental Toughness, Goalkeeping, and Nutrition. A player's achievement of excellence is only limited by their own dedication, expectations and goals.
